We are seeking (2) Attorneys to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. We are looking for entry-level attorneys as well as those with 3 to 5 years of experience. Responsibilities: Motion practice Discovery disputes Conducting depositions Making court appearances Trial preparation Minimum Requirements: JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Litigation experience in insurance defense preferred but not required Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills Previous experience in Personal Injury, Bodily Harm, and Construction Defect Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry Familiarity with various legal documents Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Compensation commensurate with experience.
