Working in Workplace Delivery at Formlabs, a 3D printing company, we source, design, build, and manage spaces for our dynamic Formlings. We’re excited to build and reinvent spaces that support the development of our hardware, software, and materials, enabling Formlings to continue building products at blazing speed. If you want to help design, manage, and create spaces for Formlings, we want you to join our team as a Facilities Project Manager . In this role, you will support projects across our offices, warehouses, and R&D facilities worldwide. These projects will blend the art and science of designing and building space, require comfort with ambiguous problems, and demand excellent communication skills. The Job: Support growth and business development at Formlabs by building, sharing, and maintaining key reports necessary for strategic global facilities decisions. Build relationships with internal and external partners to inform project requirements and develop a roadmap for execution. Represent the team on key projects to define and scope facilities needs with stakeholders. Support the development of the facilities team strategy and negotiate with prospective landlords. Manage procurement, delivery, and installation logistics for key projects, including necessary travel to sites. You: Are an energetic problem solver comfortable with ambiguity, seeking solutions and building a strong fact base. Are a strategic relationship manager who builds a reputation as a ‘go-to person’ internally and externally. Can conduct research to properly scope ambiguous problems and define solutions. Have experience building project management frameworks to communicate plans, budgets, and ensure follow-through. Are a strong communicator capable of leading strategic workstreams with Formlings at all levels. Bonus Points: Experience working with contractors, architects, or trades. Understanding of utilities management, including power and HVAC systems. Experience with project management software. Participation in our equity program with RSUs.
