Base pay range:
$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly grant reimbursement vouchers, journal entries, and accruals.
Use vendor software such as HHS Accelerator, CFR, HUD Continuum of Care for vouchering and reporting.
Monitor grant budgets and request modifications as needed.
Coordinate with Program Director on spending and budgets.
Ensure timely vouchers and reimbursements, follow up with funders.
Handle monthly general ledger closings, journal entries, and work papers.
Reconcile intercompany accounts and bank statements.
Prepare annual budgets, perform variance analysis.
Analyze tenant accounts and prepare bad debt analysis.
Prepare reports for tax credit projects and interface with auditors.
Review legal documents and construction schedules related to development projects.
Assist with monthly corporate work papers and other financial reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
CPA or MBA is a plus.
3-5 years experience in grant, property management, or non-profit accounting.
This is a full-time onsite position with a salary of $85,000-$95,000, depending on experience.
