Retail Investment Sales , with potential for unlimited earnings and growth. Position Responsibilities
Engage in prospecting through cold calling and utilizing various resources to identify new leads. Research new leads to uncover, identify, and connect within target markets. Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to create tailored proposals. Participate in client meetings and presentations. List and promote retail investment properties. Cultivate relationships with influential decision-makers. What We're Looking For
3-5 years of investment sales transaction experience. Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Salesperson/Broker license within 30 days of starting. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory. Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred. Demonstrated self-motivation and a willingness to exceed expectations. Proficiency in critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and research skills. Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with diverse clients. Strong work ethic and drive for excellence. Client service mindset. Compensation: This position operates as a 1099 independent contractor with a full commission incentive plan. Additional Details
