We are seeking a results-driven senior management professional with proven experience supporting the DoD, Intelligence, and Civil Communities. The role involves managing the full life-cycle of multiple concurrent contracts (prime and sub), across various customer organizations, covering disciplines such as Cybersecurity and IT, at geographically dispersed locations. Responsibilities include oversight of contracts, financials, security, technical performance, customer relations, reporting, deliverables, and personnel development. The candidate will also focus on growing revenue, capturing new opportunities, and developing strong business relationships. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all phases of a P&L center providing IT, Cybersecurity, and Intelligence services. Oversee delivery phases, including staffing, contract management, reporting, customer relations, risk management, project execution, and business growth. Develop and implement organic growth strategies to maintain revenue and margin goals. Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the business development team. Manage Program Management Operations (PMO), coach teams, and ensure performance standards. Supervise programs and team leads, oversee work plans, and ensure quality and client satisfaction. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government and industry leaders. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, manage client situations, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement. Present regular Program Management Reviews highlighting achievements and goals. Hire, train, develop, and retain a diverse workforce, conduct performance evaluations, and set performance goals. Qualifications: Federal Government, Business, and Technical acumen for growth and service delivery. Relationship management skills within industry and government. Experience in process improvement, problem solving, and operational efficiency. 5-10 years of management experience in operational roles. Knowledge of corporate, technical (IT and Cyber Security), and business operations. Ability to inspire trust, delegate, and lead teams effectively. Proven ability to develop industry partnerships and balance organizational needs with legal and financial requirements. Flexibility, creative problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills, leadership in high-performing teams, and ability to relate organizational vision to staff. Analytical Skills: Ability to identify opportunities for positive change and anticipate future challenges. Strong problem resolution skills and application of assessment techniques. Capability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: U.S. Citizenship; Security clearance preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; higher degrees preferred. Experience managing multiple contracts and functional disciplines across locations. Expertise in federal contract management, including cost, schedule, and performance. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency with office equipment, software, and project management tools. Additional Considerations: Travel may be required. Flexible schedule may be needed for coverage and projects. Adherence to company policies and support of company values is expected.
