The Role
As a Senior Estimator, you will take charge of estimating for public works projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. This is a key role in overseeing the preconstruction phases and ensuring successful project outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Experience : 5+ years in estimating or preconstruction roles, with a focus on public works projects. Work Ethic : Strong experience with Hard bids and a willingness to estimate your own work. Leadership : Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and manage projects through the Preconstruction phase. Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams. Ambition : A desire for long-term growth and a commitment to the company’s success.
