We are seeking a Plant Controller based in Chino, CA. This hybrid role involves partnering with operations and supply chain teams to provide essential financial support to the plant. Responsibilities include all month-end closing procedures, budgeting, forecasting, and other critical financial duties. Position Details
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000, plus a 15% Short Term Incentive (STI). Compensation is based on experience, education, and market data. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, vacation, parental leave, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and more. Key Responsibilities
Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close processes. Prepare detailed income statement and balance sheet analyses. Partner with operations to analyze variances and develop financial plans. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred. 3-5 years of experience as a Plant Controller or similar leadership role. Experience in manufacturing environments and standard-based accounting systems. Preferred Skills
