Tax Manager
to join the
Private Client Services (PCS)
team. This role is based out of our Boston, MA or Burlington, MA offices. We are also open to hiring a remote worker from the Northeast of the United States. Leading, planning, and supervising multiple engagements including consulting, compliance, and tax planning services Managing IRS and state audits, and responding to notifications as needed Guiding clients and team members through complex tax rules and regulations Promoting new ideas and innovative planning opportunities to clients Managing client communications and relationships Participating in new business development activities Training, supervising, and mentoring Interns and Associates Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 4+ years of recent tax compliance and/or consulting experience in public accounting or a mix of public/private experience CPA, Enrolled Agent Certification, or parts passed towards these Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, or entities Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant field 1+ year of experience managing staff Experience with tax software such as ProSystems FX, CCH Engagement, XCM, etc. EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer and does not discriminate on the basis of veteran or disability status or any protected characteristics under law.
