The Product Security and Compliance team focuses on security features, governance, risk management, compliance, and customer identity engineering. We are hiring a software engineer to help balance security, compliance, and developer experience, working across the business to create integrated solutions for identity and access management, security operations, and compliance testing. What you will do: Collaborate with engineering teams to understand development practices and tools. Coordinate with GRC and security teams on risk related to critical systems and data. Design, build, and manage systems to simplify developer access to tools and resources, configure access/security for new tools, and identify and fix security issues. Support and develop automated testing for GRC systems. Assist in unifying security tooling and CI/CD pipelines. Help develop tools for alerts and notifications for SecOps. Perform basic triage and incident response for applications managed by security (on-call). About You: 5+ years experience in security and compliance solutions. Proficient in Go, Python, CloudFormation, Terraform, or Terragrunt. Experience building scalable internal full-stack applications. Experience with Okta, identity governance, Cloud IAM, and zero trust solutions. Passionate about building secure, user-friendly systems. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
