Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary:
Our client is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join a fast-moving, fun, and exciting team. We operate and build the Company Data Lake, supporting over 28 different teams/orgs. The ideal candidate is excited about developing new software, applications, and services within the AWS ecosystem. Requirements:
Experience leading projects and presenting designs Architecture and design of cloud-based systems and applications Strong infrastructure as code skills (Terraform preferred) Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages (Python preferred) Knowledge of Airflow, EMR, cloud networking Experience with AWS or other cloud providers Design experience with Lambda, Kafka, Kubernetes Excellent communication skills Customer service aptitude Background in IAM or similar permissions models Experience with cross-account system design Experience working with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools Passion for building and working with teams Nice to Haves:
Experience automating security patching for cloud services Experience with container services like Docker, EKS Knowledge of Spark, Athena Cost optimization skills Mentoring and team collaboration skills The salary range is an estimate based on current market data and may vary. Compensation is based on education, experience, skills, and other factors. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options.
