As a key technical leader, you will architect scalable micro frontend solutions, drive UI component strategy, and ensure alignment with business goals while mentoring development teams. This role demands a visionary who excels in balancing innovation with performance and maintainability. Key Responsibilities: Architect Scalable Solutions:
Design and implement high-performance
micro frontend architectures
using Vue.js, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and seamless integration with backend systems. UI Component Strategy:
Define and enforce a reusable UI component library to promote consistency, efficiency, and cross-application performance optimization. Technology Selection:
Evaluate and select frameworks, libraries, and tools (e.g., Vuex, Vuetify, Nuxt.js) to maximize development speed, scalability, and team productivity. Standards & Best Practices:
Establish design patterns, coding standards, and governance processes to ensure code quality, reusability, and long-term sustainability. Collaboration & Leadership:
Partner with UI/UX architects, developers, and stakeholders to align technical efforts, review code, and provide mentorship. Drive technical decisions while advocating for modern frontend practices. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of front-end development experience, with
5+ years focused on Vue.js
in enterprise environments. Proven expertise in designing
micro frontend architectures
and modular systems. Strong track record of building reusable UI components and libraries. Deep knowledge of Vue.js ecosystem (Vue 3, Composition API, Vue Router, Pinia) and related tools. Experience integrating RESTful/GraphQL APIs and collaborating with backend teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.
