Demonstrated leadership and post-implementation ownership of Guidewire Policy Center products. A minimum of 8 years leading and managing onshore/offshore development teams for Guidewire product implementations. Over 10 years of Java development experience, with Guidewire Policy Center certification preferred. Expertise in Guidewire APIs, Product Designer, GX Model, and integrations. Proven experience with Guidewire Rating engine and configurations. Knowledge of Guidewire Renewal API and data migration strategies. Familiarity with ALM best practices for code versioning, integration, release management, and maintenance of Guidewire Policy Center products. Experience with Guidewire application partitioning and optimization for performance and scalability. Proficiency in secure software development practices and architectural standards specific to Guidewire configurations and integrations. Experienced with Agile SCRUM methodology and tools (TFS, Rally, JIRA, etc.) in a technical leadership capacity. Skilled in managing DevOps processes, including Builds, CI/CD Pipelines, and Version Control. Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is strongly preferred. Seniority level
