J.P. Morgan Private Client offers an advice-based relationship experience, leveraging JPMorgan Chase’s extensive banking, lending, and wealth management capabilities through dedicated Relationship Managers. As part of a new team, you will help establish a new business for J.P. Morgan Chase, focusing on affluent families, individuals, and their businesses, creating a continuum between Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Key Responsibilities
Support the management and execution of end-to-end Relationship Manager (RM) onboarding programs, including knowledge and skill development, practice management, and compliance processes such as licensing. Develop impactful programs that enable Relationship Managers to build successful client acquisition and deepening strategies. Partner with teams to attract and retain top-tier client management talent for the affluent market at scale. Collaborate with the Sales Strategy team and Field Leaders to design and implement effective training and development initiatives that promote client satisfaction and business growth. Support infrastructure and programmatic strategies for RM recruiting, development, and retention across regions. Train-the-trainers (Regional Managers) to deliver coaching and programming at scale. Qualifications & Skills
Experience working with affluent clients or expertise in the affluent wealth market. Strong knowledge of the affluent market and success drivers in client management. Minimum of 5 years in financial services with a consultative approach. Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior management and multiple stakeholders. Proactive, solution-oriented, with a sense of urgency. Excellent relationship management skills and ability to navigate a large, complex organization. Curious, client-first mindset, team-oriented, energetic. Experience in anticipating and proactively addressing management concerns. Additional Information
