The Program Manager - Screens manages the production of all screen and hardware images used in marketing deliverables. Responsibilities include planning, tracking, and ensuring deadlines for images, videos, and interactive projects, while building relationships with vendors and internal teams. You will manage project schedules and deliver final screens to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Manage image schedules, expectations, resources, and tracking Provide regular status updates on imagery projects Oversee project screen and hardware deliverables, including localization Manage risks and escalate issues as needed Troubleshoot and improve processes Distribute project information accurately Develop tools and workflows with Producers and Production teams Facilitate pre- and post-production meetings Stay current with emerging technologies and improve processes Create briefing materials and develop dissemination methods Requirements:

Successful candidates are passionate, organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused. Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills. You should have at least 5+ years of project management experience in an ad agency or production environment, working on global brands across print, video, and interactive media. Ability to organize information efficiently Proficiency with project management tools Flexibility and quick learning ability Ability to work under pressure effectively Strong communication and diplomacy skills Experience working with creative and production teams Experience with localization of deliverables Sound decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Exceptional organization and time management Proficiency in Photoshop and understanding of print technical requirements Bachelors degree or higher in a related field The salary range is $45 - $68/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.
