We specialize in roofing, exterior painting, solar integration, window replacement, and drought-resistant landscaping. The Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing operations team. You’ll be the glue that holds the production side of the business together—ensuring every job moves smoothly from sale to completion while keeping both crews and homeowners in sync. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves seeing jobs done right. What You’ll Do: Manage the full lifecycle of exterior remodeling projects post-sale Schedule and prioritize jobs across roofing, coating, windows, and more Serve as the main point of contact between homeowners and install crews Collect, manage, and organize all paperwork required to complete each project Collaborate closely with project managers to keep jobs on time and on budget Track job progress daily to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met Drive accountability and excellence across every aspect of production What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of experience in construction, real estate, or a similar operations-heavy role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong organizational and time-management abilities Exceptional communication skills—especially with customers and contractors Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple active jobs Attention to detail and ability to think critically to solve problems in real-time Why Join Us?
