Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. Step-by-step assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education: You will benefit from mixing in-person with virtual training, including core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Resources to help you grow and evolve: As your business grows, you’ll benefit from resources to help you secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop and modify a business plan, and access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. Products Offered
You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles. People value their AAA Membership for access to trusted roadside assistance and for the opportunities to save on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care. Property and casualty insurance: You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines. You’ll also have access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A rated leading carriers. You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities through AAA Life Insurance Company, which has an A- rating (Excellent) by A.M. Best Company. Job Details
