The Role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This role provides the first point of contact for visitors and supports key administrative, accounting, and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, answer phones, and handle general inquiries.
Enter invoices, sales orders, and credit card purchases into QuickBooks.
Assist with other basic accounting and data entry tasks as needed.
Support marketing activities, including preparing materials and light graphic design (Photoshop or Canva).
Maintain organized office files, supplies, and records.
Provide general administrative support to management and team members.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with QuickBooks required.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic graphic design ability (Photoshop or Canva) preferred.
Dependable, positive, and professional attitude.
