Position Overview: EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment, providing clients with exceptional services. The successful candidate will receive training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth.

Responsibilities:

Research and analyze various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, and digital assets.

Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.

Draft emails and memos.

Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.

Assist with firm-wide training in federal income tax.

Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).

J.D. and Tax LL.M.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.

Strong analytical and writing skills.

Proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint).

Salary Range: For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range is between

$110,000

and

$170,000 . In other locations, the range may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation depends on experience and other factors.

Preferred Location: New York

For NYC and California, the expected salary range is between $85,000 and $150,000. The range may vary in other regions, with actual compensation determined by experience and other factors.
