Seeking a Digital Asset Manager to audit, organize, and manage digital assets such as photos, videos, and documentation. The ideal candidate will improve asset workflows, ensure efficient storage, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and organize digital assets across platforms like SharePoint and Dropbox
Recommend and implement improved asset management systems
Upload and tag assets in the DAM system
Respond to internal asset requests and ensure proper access
Requirements:
Experience with Digital Asset Management systems (IntelligenceBank preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with metadata tagging and workflow design
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online storage platforms
