As an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CGS, you will provide expertise in application and systems software to a variety of key stakeholders. You will undertake an analysis of complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems to help define processes and procedures across departments. Responsibilities include assisting with the design, development, documentation, and delivery of standard operating procedures, presentations, and training materials for diverse audiences. A successful candidate must possess extensive technical experience and demonstrate high performance in situations requiring broad knowledge and skills. Skills and attributes for success: Assess and, if necessary, redefine procedures and standards using your knowledge and best practices Work with key stakeholders and system users to improve understanding of agency systems Coordinate with IT and Business experts on program goals, requirements, performance analysis, and innovation projects Recommend improvements for IT systems and business ventures Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation for processes and technology needs Define upgrade or replacement strategies for information systems Support operation and maintenance of complex IT systems
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a clearance Knowledge of data governance, management, modeling, cleansing, extraction, transformation, analysis, migration, and mapping 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL Experience with Agile methodology is highly desired Experience with Data Analytics tools (e.g., ADVANA), UNIX OS, Java, SFTO, and APEX is highly desired
