OUESD Website Position: Speech and Language Therapist
The Speech and Language Therapist assesses students' communication skills to identify speech and language deficits and develops recommendations. Responsibilities include consulting with teachers, parents, and other professionals; instructing students; participating in meetings such as IEP conferences; preparing documentation; researching intervention methods; screening students; and supporting other personnel as needed. Requirements / Qualifications

** The district will honor all years of service upon hire. Stipends include: $1,250 annually for SLP $1,200 annually for state license $2,000 annually for MA degree or $2,250 for Doctorate degree $500 annually for ASHA Certification Note: Not all postings qualify for CalSTRS.
