3 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants Tableau Engineer will design, develop, and deliver high-performance Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and visualizations providing Business Intelligence on hundreds of enterprise technology projects. Provide deep Tableau Server knowledge and expertise to the team on how to build and maintain Tableau Server dashboards and reports. Support existing Tableau server, Tableau reports, and Tableau Dashboard solutions across dozens of systems and data sources. Performance tune Tableau dashboards (optimize extracts, limit fields/records, marks, calculations, query optimization, workbook cleanup). Engineer BI dashboards for Technology Projects and related Finance information (Burn Rates, Accruals, Milestones, Expenses, budgets, Earned Value, ROI) and project KPIs. Identify BI performance bottlenecks and design solutions at report/dashboard level (Tableau, Cognos, PowerBI), SQL data level (joins, pivots, enrichment, aggregations), or ETL/data movement level (DataStage, Informatica, Sqoop). Tableau Desktop & Tableau Prep: Advanced visualizations, custom visualizations, data modeling, ETL from various sources including OLAP, OLTP, Data Warehouses, Hadoop/Cloudera, and Cloud platforms. Collaborate with end users to gather BI requirements (use cases, visualizations, hierarchies, data sources). Build data models, prepare, wrangle, and support data transformations to enable effective BI solutions. Work with ETL Engineers on source-to-target mappings to optimize data flows. Develop and optimize BI dashboards, reports, data models, and data flows. Support existing BI environments (Tableau, Cognos, data movement tools, backend data repositories). Assist with cloud BI migration to PowerBI/Azure, including design and delivery. Requirements

3-5 years of BI experience developing dashboards, reports, visualizations, and data models. 1-2 years Tableau Server experience, including performance tuning and administration. Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and integrating multiple data sources. Experience with data modeling, data discovery, cleaning, and enrichment; Tableau Prep preferred. SQL experience (joins, queries) with Oracle and SQL Server. BI performance tuning across front end, ETL, and backend data optimization. Agile experience in BI projects (requirements gathering, use case translation, design, delivery). Exposure to Python is a plus. To apply for this job,
