Your Opportunity
Appalachian Regional Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Highlands ARH Medical Center. You’ll provide inpatient care within a supportive, integrated health system committed to improving health outcomes in southeastern Kentucky and beyond.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering patient-centered care with access to system-wide resources and specialty support.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing staff, and case management to ensure coordinated care and smooth transitions.
Manage acute medical conditions with evidence-based protocols and best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education efforts.

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience preferred.
