Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced Treasury Management Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of treasury services across our organization. This role is responsible for managing product lifecycle activities, driving innovation, and supporting complex client implementations. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure our treasury offerings remain competitive and compliant. This position plays a key role in supporting commercial banking relationships, optimizing pricing strategies, and representing the bank in business development and community engagement efforts.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop the Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Treasury Billing teams.
Drive product strategy and deliver new features aligned with customer needs and strategic goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert for treasury solutions across departments and vendors.
Support sales teams with complex client solutions and direct client engagement.
Oversee onboarding and implementation for commercial clients, resolving escalated issues.
Conduct competitive pricing reviews and ensure accurate service charge application.
Maintain documentation for product features and functionality.
Ensure product initiatives align with risk and compliance standards.
Represent the bank at industry events and in community outreach efforts.
Lead or contribute to special projects related to treasury management services.
Requirements For Success
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years in financial services, including treasury management or product/project management
3+ years of direct management experience leading sales or financial professionals
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred
Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and consultative sales techniques
Familiarity with bank systems and commercial banking products including deposits, sweep accounts, account analysis, and loans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
Proven ability to evaluate financial data and deliver persuasive sales presentations
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of customers and internal teams

This is a full‑time position
Up to 25% of travel required
