Procurement Analytics Manager – Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co‑op, located in Louisville, KY.
Overview As a key member of the Food and Packaging Procurement team, this role combines daily procurement system administration with analytical support to drive category sourcing strategies and supply‑chain initiatives across Yum! Brands and A&W.
Responsibilities
Daily administration of procurement systems and processes.
Conduct spend analytics, historical commodity price analysis, forecasting, and category market research.
Manage sourcing events, optimize supply base, and develop “should‑cost” models.
Develop and maintain robust cost of goods (COGs) models and total cost of ownership analyses.
Produce and analyze spend reports, pricing consistency checks, and supplier bid analyses.
Support RFx development, supplier solicitation packages, pricing models, and award decisions.
Collaborate with CRM, Program, and Supply Planning teams to align pricing, commodity updates, and supply‑planning scenarios.
Maintain historical and forward‑looking category spend databases.
Support procurement managers in strategy development through market insights and competitive analysis.
Develop and document supply contingency plans, conduct vendor research, item setup, cost analysis, and freight evaluation.
Track and communicate RMI initiatives, ensuring timely reporting to the Finance Team.
Verify accuracy of supplier and procurement data across company platforms and process updates in the GPS and related systems.

Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of data analytics management experience with demonstrable accomplishments, including supply chain and procurement knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain.
Experience with food/packaging procurement, restaurant supply chains, or commodity sourcing.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and supply‑chain systems (GPS, Arrowstream, LightSource, Blue Yonder).
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.
Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage tight timelines.
Experience working with large data sets, databases, and data manipulation for analysis and reporting.
