Responsibilities
Brand – supervise associates daily goals to deliver exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, drive loyalty, meet brand standards.
People – engage, train, develop team to achieve results, recruit, coach, hold accountable, maintain positive relations, foster diversity, inclusion, belonging.
Operations – ensure execution of company processes, support digital omni-channel strategies, manage inventory, payroll, opening/closing procedures, follow directives.
Safety/Loss Prevention – maintain safe environment, enforce policies, protect assets, analyze reporting, comply with HAZMAT training.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
At least 1+ year prior management experience preferred.
Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
Effective communication with team and management.
Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
Cosmetology license desirable but not required.
