Design, develop, and maintain robust, fast, and scalable automated test frameworks, tools, and infrastructure
Partner with engineering teams to enhance test coverage, reduce test flakiness, and streamline the debugging experience
Optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and rapid test execution
Advocate for and drive the adoption of testing best practices across various testing methodologies
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable and scalable test environments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong background in software engineering with experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go
Familiarity with infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Proven experience in building scalable developer tools
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence engineering culture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with observability, debugging, and profiling techniques
Passion for improving developer productivity and experience
Knowledge of emerging testing technologies in web, mobile, AI/ML, and backend
