RGP is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President, Revenue to lead and grow our business across the North East Region. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in professional services, a strong network of business leaders, and a passion for building high‑performing teams. You will be accountable for the region’s overall revenue performance, sales strategy execution, and team development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive growth, inspire collaboration, and ensure a disciplined, client‑centric sales approach that positions RGP for long‑term success.

What you will work on
Lead the market with full P&l responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic execution across the North East Region
Set and drive clear business development goals, define success metrics, and hold the team accountable for high performance
Inspire and mentor a senior sales team by injecting energy, promoting collaboration, and removing obstacles to success
Leverage your expert‑level sales management skills to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that align with RGP’s overall vision
Build and deepen strategic partnerships with Fortune 500/1000 clients, professional networks, and industry influencers
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and expense controls, using advanced revenue forecasting techniques to inform business planning
Serve as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
Champion a high‑performance culture focused on excellence, innovation, and accountability
Lead with empathy and integrity, demonstrating high emotional intelligence, excellent presentation skills, and a strong ability to engage and inspire teams
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, CPA, CIA, or related certification preferred.
10+ years of sales leadership experience, including multi‑region oversight and direct P&l responsibility
Proven success building and managing high‑performing sales teams in a professional services environment, with a track record of delivering results across Fortune 500/1000 clients
A strong leadership presence with the ability to drive clarity, create alignment, and inspire action
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization
Demonstrated ability to drive vision and purpose, motivate teams, and foster deep engagement
A proven track record in decision quality, sales strategy execution, and leading change in complex environments
Expertise in the following areas: Sales Management and Strategic Partnerships; Leadership Development and Team Leadership; Revenue Forecasting, Operations Management, and Executive Management
High emotional intelligence, strong business acumen, and a collaborative, team‑first mindset
Ability to travel within the Region as required
What you can expect
All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Base Pay Range: $238,000 - $298,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
