EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales‑driven leader to serve as General Manager. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will be passionate about sales, dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals, and focused on improving sales, processes, and team performance. You and your team will create connections with prospective members, facilitate their membership journey, and ensure their success. An ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, a proven drive for results, and a history of motivating others.
Position Purpose Develop a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets business objectives.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff, ensuring clear understanding of roles.
Set and achieve membership and revenue goals, track KPIs, and develop strategies to increase retention and new sign‑ups.
Provide constructive feedback to staff on performance, highlighting strengths and improvement areas.
Ensure high‑quality customer service by addressing member concerns, managing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Engage with members in a friendly, approachable manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, certifications, and safety protocols.
Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
Communicate calmly and clearly during emergencies or unexpected disruptions, providing necessary instructions and updates.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
3–4 years of customer service experience.
Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
Strong attention to detail; systematic approach to problem solving; good time management, organization, and record‑keeping skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.

Requirements
Must successfully pass a background check.
CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
Ability to access and operate the company computer system, including preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports.
Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.
Salary Pay Range: $58,656—$105,000 USD
