As a Revenue Operations Director within Nasdaq’s Revenue Intelligence & Insights (RII) team, you will work directly with revenue leaders and cross‑functional partners such as Legal, Marketing, Sales Support and Finance to support all aspects of the sales cycle. You’ll use industry‑leading tools and data assets to help teams deliver on customer needs and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale sales compensation modeling and execution
Drive sales structure and planning
Own and evolve sales process management
Ensure CRM accuracy (Salesforce.com)
Deliver complex reporting and insights using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce
Build and refine functional areas within revenue operations
Support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
Build sales and sales support team analysis and insights packs that drive action and change
Lead technology projects that are adopted by sales and sales support to improve performance across key business dimensions
Act as a liaison across Nasdaq departments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
5‑10+ years of experience in business operations or sales operations/support, with strategic project leadership experience.
At least 5 years managing a team of direct reports.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
Experience leading projects and influencing key decision‑makers across Revenue Operations, Sales, Sales Support, and the broader business.
Experience in cross‑functional collaboration
Financial services experience is a plus, but not required

This position will be located in
Atlanta
