As a seasoned senior copywriter, you will master creative briefs, work collaboratively, and tackle new challenges. You love telling stories—your copy is structured, rhythmic, and precisely sized. You bring innovative ideas that push our work to new levels—from marketing platforms and products to next‑generation, multimodal, agentic experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead the creation of world‑class copy for digital marketing platforms, products, and next‑gen agentic experiences.
Translate complex ideas into clear messaging, distilling technical or intricate information into simple, engaging, and persuasive language that resonates with target audiences.
Identify, ideate, and execute creative narratives for pitches, client projects, and internal work.
Ensure all copy fully aligns with our clients’ standards and tone of voice guidelines.
Co‑create compelling presentations that showcase our work and communicate the thought and reasoning behind it to all audiences.
Inspire stakeholders through compelling storytelling and thought leadership.
Collaborate fluidly with UX and visual designers, strategists, engineers, and data scientists.
Qualifications
Conceptual talent – Understand the power of big ideas, the process to arrive at them, and their impact on shaping creative responses.
Sharp storytelling – Inspire through compelling storytelling across media, with strong client‑facing presentation skills.
Strategic thinker – Apply structured, user‑centred thinking to creative and narrative challenges to connect with users and drive positive outcomes.
Stylistic flexibility – Adapt writing style and voice to meet clients’ discrete needs, motivations, and emotions.
AI‑curious – Express curiosity in AI creative tools, workflows, and optimisation.
AI‑native mindset – Write confidently for intelligent, adaptive, and context‑aware systems, comfortable with LLMs, model orchestration, and multimodal interaction patterns.
Collaborator – Drive copy‑related conversations, provide feedback, perspectives, and ideas on work of other creative disciplines.
Taste & Craft – Demonstrate a clear perspective on what great copywriting is (and is not), informing how we overcome creative challenges.
Requirements
At least 5 years of digital/interactive copywriting experience in agency or in‑house environments.
Proven ability to establish narratives and translate complex ideas into clear, human‑first messaging that solves crucial business challenges.
Experience translating brand guidelines into final products.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, including conversational surfaces, multimodal interfaces, agentic systems, and responsible AI.
Solid grasp of content strategy fundamentals and their importance to conceptual creative work.
Experience crafting and participating in pitches, inspiring clients with visionary, credible narratives.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and localisation best practices.
A portfolio showcasing a broad range of digital B2C and B2B work across creative mediums.
