Job Details
JD from an ABA‑approved law school
Good standing with the California State Bar
At least 2 years of Workers' Compensation defense experience
Experience in trial and cross‑examination is preferred but not required
Experience with depositions
Understanding of confidentiality requirements
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Highly motivated, results‑driven, high energy, and a sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision
Client‑focused with ability to deliver results
