– Plaintiff personal injury firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney.
Position
requires 5+ years of litigation experience with trial exposure, predominantly in Florida personal injury cases such as auto accidents and slip and fall claims.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of active litigation cases from inception through resolution, including trial.
Conduct comprehensive investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with expert witnesses.
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as complaints, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to secure the best outcomes for clients.
Serve as counsel in jury trials, managing case presentation, strategy, and courtroom advocacy.
Compensation Base salary of $250,000 with an estimated total compensation exceeding $500,000 per year, including bonuses.
Employment Details Full‑time position located in the office (not remote). All employees must work Monday through Friday on site.
