As a Project Manager in Atwell’s Civil Engineering group, you will manage diverse projects of varying size and complexity, shaping your career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities
Project Collaboration
– Work closely with the production team, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary & final site plans and construction documents. Data Maestro
– Analyze survey data, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement & condo documents; serve as the data expert. Mentorship
– Guide junior staff, ensuring accurate & efficient execution of project tasks. Technical Guru
– Prepare reports, opinions, recommendations; from hydrology/hydraulic studies to storm sewer reports. Construction Support
– Provide construction‑related services; permit applications, quantity estimates, and turn plans into reality. Engineering Software Whiz
– Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software; complete assignments on time & within budget. Future‑Ready
– Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with growth potential into a Project Manager role. Benefits
