Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
Lead crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a great shift.
Help departments meet their targets and goals during your shift.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast‐paced McDonald’s environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
