Here’s What You Will Be Doing
Develop Servant Leaders – puts people and the restaurant first, not yourself.
Create Memorable Experiences – creates a service experience so good the guest can’t wait to come back.
Administration – maintains the balance between providing a high‑quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals.
Welcome new team members and provide them with the training needed to do their job.
Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team.
Ensure team members receive ongoing training and coaching.
Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for their next level.
Consistently thank the team and celebrate success.
Actively coach brand service behaviors – train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
Monitor Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations.
Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
Ensure product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered.
Partner with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met.
Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
Evaluate and implement cost controls.
Monitor people charts and production planning and make necessary adjustments.
Create and monitor schedule and manage new team members on‑boarding process.
Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
Excellent guest service skills required.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
