Responsibilities
Maintain approximately 35 databases (tables, queries, macros) for billing, reporting, QA/QC and special requests.
Develop summary and trend reports for billing accuracy, revenue tracking and program performance.
Research, contact and answer customer calls and emails as directed by the client.
Record calls/emails in the appropriate database and create billing/payment transactions.
Prepare and send spreadsheets, new invoices or copies of invoices to customers.
Prepare letters to customers and send payment reminders, locating current phone numbers when required.
Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships through clear communication and follow‑up.
Communicate billing details, updates and policy information accurately.
Respond to client concerns promptly and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
0–2 years project coordination experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data sets, formulas, summary reports).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word (document preparation, formatting, editing).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Access for data entry and database management.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Access database connections for storm‑water data.
Additional Information The role serves as the third‑party billing contractor for a local stormwater utility, maintaining customer account databases, invoicing, and accounting of stormwater fees.
