We’re seeking a performance-driven
Director of E-Commerce
to lead and expand our
direct-to-consumer
business across brand-owned websites. This role is perfect for a strategic operator with deep experience in
fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
— someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and knows how to turn brand demand into measurable eCommerce growth.
You’ll own the DTC channel end to end — from site experience and merchandising to conversion optimization and retention — driving revenue exclusively through
owned digital platforms , not third-party marketplaces like Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale all aspects of the
DTC eCommerce business
for a growing FMCG brand, including site operations, merchandising, and digital marketing execution.
Drive
conversion optimization , retention, and customer lifetime value through testing, analytics, and consumer insights.
Develop and manage the
promotional calendar , seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
Partner with marketing, creative, operations, and IT to deliver seamless customer experiences and backend efficiency.
Analyze sales performance, pricing, and competitor trends to inform strategy and improve profitability.
Manage agency partners and vendors supporting eCommerce initiatives and performance media.
Qualifications
8+ years of
direct-to-consumer eCommerce
experience, ideally within
FMCG , beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
3+ years in a leadership role overseeing DTC sales, digital strategy, or site operations.
Proven success scaling
owned-site revenue
and improving conversion metrics.
Advanced
analytical and Excel
skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
Experienced in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with
ERP, CRM, and marketing automation systems .
