Essential Functions & Primary Duties
Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to understand requirements and technical designs.
Review requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts; knowledge of Selenium C# is a plus.
Contribute to building automation test frameworks.
Perform API testing.
Optimize test scripts for performance, stability, and maintainability.
Prepare test data and oversee readiness of test environments.
Identify, document, report, and track QA defects in Jira.
Track QA metrics such as test execution metrics, automation coverage, and defect metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of related work experience; 5+ years preferred.
Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Knowledge of current software QA methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of C#.
Selenium automation experience is preferred.
CI/CD experience in Bamboo is a plus.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
Experience testing desktop, web applications, large amounts of data, and reports.
Knowledge of accessibility testing tools.
Experience working with complex SQL queries, GitHub, and BitBucket.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Work independently, be engaged and willing to ask questions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
