Esthetics Learning Leader with Shift Differential
Paul Mitchell Schools North Star Group is seeking a qualified Esthetics Learning Leader (Educator) to join our Denver location. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and a shift differential.
Overview As a Learning Leader, you will educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in clinic classroom settings using objective‑based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers.
Responsibilities
Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical and guest‑service skills.
Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom.
Utilize objective‑based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers to enhance skill development.
Communicate positive, effective guidance and support to Future Professionals.
Document and assess learning outcomes and progress.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess extensive skincare knowledge, prior education experience, and familiarity with Paul Mitchell products.
Experience instructing at a cosmetology school.
Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail instructor license.
Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return‑on‑investment.
Solid work history with verifiable references.
Passion for the beauty industry.
Honesty and professionalism.
Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools’ cultural and technical systems is preferred.
Benefits Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (including shift differential).
