Premier Client Advisor - CA Join USI Insurance Services as a Premier Client Advisor. The role focuses on servicing and managing client accounts and retaining assigned Tier 1 Premier clients. Core activities include renewal marketing, handling client questions, annual coverage review, and ensuring service standards and Best Practices.

Responsibilities

Maintain ≥95% retention of client accounts through proactive engagement, including contacting clients who have moved business by Broker of Record letters.

Provide technical expertise on insurance coverage and products, staying up‑to‑date on industry changes, and support client development and exposure identification.

Execute the USI New Business Process for new clients: set communication plan, review policies, deliver welcome packets, and coordinate corrections with client and carrier.

Manage pre‑renewal activities for Premier clients, including annual summary, scheduling meetings/calls for risk assessment, and developing renewal proposals.

Execute policy renewals, issue proof of insurance, and maintain renewal expirations to avoid coverage lapse.

Respond promptly to underwriters’ questions in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate agency and document management systems.

Guide clients on submitting first reports of claims and facilitate carrier responses.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Up to 5 years of personal lines property & casualty insurance experience with comprehensive coverage, underwriting, and rating concepts.

High school graduate; college degree preferred.

Valid state Property & casualty insurance license.

Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPRIA, CPCU or intent to pursue one.

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high accuracy.

Prioritizes work to ensure efficient, timely processing.

Team player with effective collaboration skills.

Stays informed on industry trends, new products, legislation, and technology.
