The
Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health
provides and directs nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. The RN coordinates the total plan of care with other healthcare professionals involved and helps maintain continuity of care by planning and exchanging information with physicians, agency staff, patients, families, and community resources. All services are provided within a Point of Care setting.

License Requirements
Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
