Position Summary The Manager of Operations oversees the operational management of Stabbert Maritime’s offshore DP2 fleet, ensuring efficient, compliant, and safe operations. This position directly supervises Vessel Managers and Operation Coordinators, providing leadership across operational and regulatory domains. The Ops Manager ensures that daily operations align with the company’s strategic goals, supporting high-level leadership and business development. Essential Functions

Oversees Vessel Managers, ensuring effective management of vessels, crew, maintenance, compliance, and client satisfaction. Acts as an escalation point for complex operational issues requiring higher intervention. Monitors Vessel Managers’ performance through feedback, reports, and evaluations. Facilitates collaboration between Vessel Managers and supporting departments to ensure cohesive operations. Maintains strong relationships with vessel crews. Implements operational best practices to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency. Ensures vessels meet regulatory and charter requirements. Supports safety protocols development in coordination with HSE. Reviews operational and financial performance to identify improvements and cost savings. Ensures high client satisfaction by monitoring performance and addressing feedback. Represents the company in high-level client meetings. Aligns vessel operations with customer requirements and contracts. Collaborates on strategic goals with the VP of Operations. Leads adoption of new technologies to improve operations. Aligns daily operations with long-term company objectives, including regulatory readiness. Works with Vessel Managers to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Supports HSE programs and incident investigations. Vessel Managers’ Responsibilities

Manage vessel operations, crew, and logistics effectively. Maintain relationships with Captains and Officers. Provide timely reports on vessel performance and budgets. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards. Lead client interactions and uphold customer satisfaction. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Strong vessel operations knowledge, including technical and regulatory aspects. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Financial acumen for budget and cost management. Familiarity with maritime software platforms. Decisive and collaborative, capable of effective delegation. Mentoring skills to develop high-performing teams. Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation focus. Minimum Requirements

10+ years in maritime operations, with at least 5 years in leadership managing vessel teams. Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Deep understanding of DP2 operations, ISM Code, HSE, and regulations. Valid passport and driver’s license. Additional Information
