What You'll Do with "Our Training and Your Experience"
Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program to help grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture and referring top talent. Plan, schedule, organize, and direct application engineering, field installation, and start-up of projects. Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule, maintaining positive cash flow. Act as the primary interface with customers, maximizing satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance. Manage teams and oversee high-volume or critical accounts as a senior Project Manager. Perform additional duties as required.
What You'll Need
Extensive project management experience in technical environments such as building automation, fire alarms, or electronic security systems. Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of IT networking principles. Advanced financial analysis skills, including cost control.

Requirements:
College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience 7-10 years relevant engineering, field service, or project management experience Minimum 5 years supervisory experience Preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation industries is a plus but not required.
