We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support our sales team. This role involves qualifying inbound leads, outbound prospecting into target markets, and collaborating with Account Executives on sales strategies. Ideal candidates have B2B SaaS sales experience and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails. Qualify prospects by understanding their business strategies and aligning them with Read AI’s solutions. Spend approximately 75% of time qualifying prospects via outbound efforts and 25% on inbound leads. Receive hands-on training in strategic discovery and qualification. Use CRM tools effectively to record information and identify opportunities. Create and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through calls and emails. Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or tech solutions. Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets in a startup setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts. Experience with CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce. Ability to work well in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Why Read AI?
