We believe in making a real impact and adding value through our offerings. Position Summary As part of its digital transformation, ofi is implementing multiple initiatives for the Sales function. The Salesforce CRM Functional Lead will oversee the functional aspects of Salesforce Sales, Manufacturing, Service, Experience, and SpecRight products. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for Salesforce Sales and Experience projects. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather user stories, business processes, and system requirements. Design and document functional solutions aligning with business needs and Salesforce best practices. Work with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. Guide and support the development team, ensuring alignment with functional requirements. Create training materials and conduct user training sessions for Salesforce CRM features. Provide ongoing user support and address queries related to Salesforce. Conduct functional testing to validate solutions meet requirements. Collaborate with testing teams for comprehensive UAT and testing coverage. Maintain functional documentation, including business requirements, process diagrams, and user guides. Document best practices for Salesforce CRM configuration and usage. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications like Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant are a plus. Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud. Proven experience (4+ years) in gathering and documenting Salesforce CRM requirements. Deep understanding of CRM processes, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in user training and support for Salesforce implementations. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The salary range in IL for this role is $105,000 - $140,000 , based on responsibilities, experience, and location. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications. This job description is not exhaustive.
