Denver, CO ! The Business Intelligence Analyst will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including the ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards. Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism. Highly organized and analytical, with a keen attention to detail. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask effectively and take direction. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO: Work closely with the CEO to understand business goals and objectives, providing analytical support to drive strategic initiatives. Create, Maintain, and Optimize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards: Develop and refine reports and dashboards within Salesforce to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant business metrics. Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify patterns and opportunities for growth. Develop Data Collection Systems: Design and implement efficient data collection processes and systems to ensure the integrity and quality of the data being analyzed. Prepare Detailed Reports and Presentations: Compile and synthesize analysis results into comprehensive reports and presentations for the CEO and executive team. Monitor Competitive Landscape and Industry Trends: Keep a close eye on competitors and industry developments to inform business strategies. Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with various departments to gather requirements and ensure that BI initiatives align with organizational goals. Identify Areas for Process Improvement: Continuously assess current data management practices to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements. Compensation and Benefits:
