Responsibilities
This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products Include
Programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles. Property and casualty insurance including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines. Life insurance products such as Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. Support Provided
Strong support throughout the process includes: Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. Step-by-step assistance: A detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education: In-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Resources to help you grow and evolve: Assistance in securing licensed staff, managing financials, and developing a business plan. Compensation
