Senior Project Manager Role
The Senior Project Manager is the administrative leader of a large, complex project or of multiple projects and project teams. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, contract/subcontract administration, schedule, cost, and quality monitoring of the project, often through project staff. The role also involves developing and nurturing relationships with clients and designers, aiming for repeat work with assigned clients. Skills and Qualifications Promote growth and development of client and designer relationships. Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager. Identify and communicate new work opportunities to the Division Manager and Business Development team. Participate in industry organizations to network and promote the company. Demonstrated ability to interact positively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Approachable attitude, willing to mentor, train, and support team members. Participate in negotiations of owner and contractor contract terms. Possess OSHA 30 certification. Oversee compliance with critical owner contract terms, including price/GMP and schedule. Manage project team in safety plan development and enforcement.
