Mission

Execute shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. Deliver and pick up parts/equipment to support Field Service Technicians at customer sites. Keep the warehouse clean and orderly. The position also involves checking in, checking out, maintaining, shipping, receiving, and calibrating the regional shared tools. Roles And Responsibilities

Order fulfillment, shipping/receiving (30%)

- Pick parts for customer orders using appropriate material handling equipment. Pack materials and products for shipment, create packing slips, and enter order information in shipping systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Write bill of lading for truck shipments. Receive and warehouse incoming parts, conduct periodic inventory, maintain warehouse/shop in accordance with ISO9001 procedures, and organize parts returns. Parts & Equipment delivery/pickup (20%)

- Arrange deliveries and pickups safely and efficiently. Inspect arriving goods for damage and document outgoing goods. Use tracking systems for deliveries. Building Activities (15%)

- Coordinate with vendors/landlord for building maintenance including HVAC, alarms, sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical, and scheduled equipment maintenance. Ensure safety and cleanliness of parking and entry areas. Conduct monthly building inspections with the Service Manager. Shared Regional Tools (15%)

- Maintain tools using tracking software for check-out, check-in, calibration, and condition. Ensure tools are complete, functional, and properly stored. Warehouse Activities (20%)

- Keep the environment organized and tidy. Tag machines, identify stored items, keep aisles clear, and dispose of waste per ISO standards. Ensure technicians’ safety and workspace cleanliness. Contribute to positive company branding by projecting a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented image. Perform duties according to Atlas Copco standards, understanding customer needs. Take necessary actions to complete tasks and communicate effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. To succeed, you will need

Qualifications

Supervisory Responsibility: None. Experience

3-5 years in shipping/receiving/warehouse functions preferred. Education

High School Diploma required. Skills

Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. Self-starter with strong communication skills. Accurate and efficient work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP. Mechanical aptitude and valid driver’s license required. In return, we offer you
